Are you hungry for a career with Pure?

Pure is going places...are you? Come and join our fast-paced and energetic team and build a career with Pure

The most important people at Pure are our team. We are always looking for people who share our values and passion for wanting to be the very best. The following positions are available:

Team Members & Gurus

Our Team Members are passionate about what they do and work incredibly hard to ensure that all of our fresh products are ready to enjoy.
As a Team Member, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will work on the shop floor to serve our freshly made food and help our shops stay beautiful and clean, as well as in the kitchen preparing our delicious wraps, salads and flatbreads. It’s a challenging role which involves early starts and very busy periods but this creates a dynamic working environment in which you can quickly grow!

In return for your hard work, we reward you with:
£8.00 per hour (including bonus, after two weeks)
• 28 days of holidays
• Company pension scheme
• Free food & drink when working
• Mystery shopper rewards and anniversary vouchers
• Two large parties a year
• Lots of opportunities for promotion

We aim to provide an enjoyable and fun workplace, where everyone can learn new skills, and an opportunity to grow within the company. We want to invest in our people career and potential.

That is why each one of our shops has a number of specialist positions -we call these Gurus.
Our Gurus range from a Barista (our coffee expert) to a Smooth Operator (official juice & smoothie maker!) to a Trainer (to make sure every new Team Member works the Pure way).
If you are motivated and looking for a company where you can grow then apply with us now.

Assistant Managers

Our success starts with our teams so we are always looking for experienced Assistant Manager who will share Pure values and passion for delicious food and customer satisfaction.
We have at least two Assistant Managers in each shop.

Our Shopfloor Assistant Managers (SAM) are responsible for creating a welcoming environment in which our staff can engage and ‘WOW’ our customers. They organize and manage the work of Pure shop floor staff.

Production Assistant Managers (PAM) manage our busy kitchen team to make sure they are making the production with the same consistency, quality and efficiency.

If you have experience in a similar environment to Pure, then we could be the place for you to step-up to your next challenge. Once you are in one of these positions, there is a great chance of further career progression as most of our General Managers start as Team Members.

We will offer you:
• Competitive salary – up to £26,000 pa (including bonus)
• 28 days of holidays
• Company pension scheme
• Free food & drink when working

During your fist interview, you will meet our Head of Training and members of the Pure team to get a chance to fully understand our brand.

General Manager

Come grow with us! If you are a General Manager or want to be a General Manager, then please get in touch. We offer an attractive salary £30,000 to £45,000 pa (including bonus), which will be depending on your experience and size of the shop.

We are always looking for people at the very top of their game. You will be familiar with working in a fast-paced, high volume role with a proven track record of bringing the very best out of your team. Happy and organised teams drive quality and you will be an expert at inspiring and motivating those around you.

You will be joining a close family who has successfully grown Pure over the last few years and love what we do. Pure is an exciting, varied environment and at a very exciting time in our expansion.

If you want to play an instrumental role in our expansion, this is the job for you.

“I have been working at Pure for over three years – time is flying! Most of the management in the shops started as Team Members which really shows that hard work pays off. If you’re thinking of applying for a job at Pure I would say it’s a great idea; there are lots of opportunities here, a great atmosphere, great food and let’s not forget the Pure Parties!”

“I’ve been working at Pure for two years and have grown a lot since I started. I was very shy (especially on my first day!) but the support around me from team members and management really helped me to grow. If it wasn’t for Pure I would not have realised just how much I love speaking to people, especially our regular customers! I have to say, I am really glad that I am a part of this family.”

“I’ve worked here for just under three years and I can’t thank Pure enough for the chance that I’ve had to meet lots of amazing people. It’s a great opportunity and it’ll help you to learn how to work in a team, how to be flexible and how to build long term relationships with customers. I think that surprised me the most – the customers! They are incredibly loyal, friendly and patient.”
