Our shops

We provide full allergen, nutritional and ingredient information for every product listed on our menu. Simply visit our menu page and select the dish of your choice to find all information you need on the dropdown.

Our products are also individually labelled with the dish name and allergen information.

For calorie information for customised options, including plant milks in hot drinks, please see here.

In store, all our vegetarian and vegan dishes are labelled as V or VG on our menu boards, shelf edge labels and product labels. Online you can visit our menu page, select the dish of your choice to see whether it is vegetarian or vegan.

For expectant mothers, every dairy product on our menu is pasteurised and we do not serve any raw meat or fish, but we would still ask you to take medical advice on what you can eat during pregnancy.

Our bread is not gluten-free. But we offer a substantial range of options with no gluten containing ingredients, such as salads, grain bowls, hot boxes, soups, eggs, birchers and yoghurts.

No, it is not, but almost 75% of our menu is vegetarian or vegan.

We source all of our ingredients carefully for the best quality and flavour. This means that our ingredients come from a variety of places. For example our eggs are British free-range, our organic milk is from Hampshire, our salmon comes from Scotland and our British chicken is free range.

We also use seasonal fruit and vegetables wherever possible – the charred vegetables used in some of our salads and the fruit used in our birchers and fruit salads vary with the seasons.

To meet year-round customer demand for popular fruits and vegetables we also source internationally.

Our earliest shops open at 6.30am on weekdays and we serve breakfast until 11:30am. After 11:31am, our full lunchtime menu is available.

At the weekends, we serve breakfast until midday.

Visit Our Shops page for each store’s opening hours.

We are a business for people on the go, with around 90% of our food and drink purchased to take away, which is why we don’t offer china cups for customers to drink in.

Instead, we offer a generous £1 reusable cup discount, so customers who would prefer not to use single use items are rewarded. We also sell reusable cups in all our stores, and fill them for free on your first order to encourage our customers to invest in a cup. In the last year, our customers have helped us save over 350,000 cups by bringing in their own reusable cups, and we now sell 15-20% of our hot drinks in reusable cups.

We are also part of the National Paper Cup Recycling Scheme, where we recycle as many paper cups as our customers use annually.

Yes, they are! Our Green Juice and Orange Juice are cold-pressed using only the finest, freshest quality ingredients.

Yes, all our shops have free WiFi.

Search for _Pure Free Water and Wifi and request to join the network. We also have plugs, USB sockets and free water in most of our shops.

*We have to charge 20% to eat in for certain foods due to the application of VAT. As a business we get no benefit from this – we simply collect the money on behalf of the government and pass it onto them.

Whilst there are some fiddly exceptions (as always with tax!), if it’s hot, VAT is already included in the price. If it’s cold, such as a salad, wrap or a side, we have to add 20% VAT to the take away price. Most drinks also already include VAT.

There is no charge to eat in from us. It is just application of VAT which makes the 20% difference to the price.

We are always looking for brilliant people to join our growing team.

Please look at our Jobs page for more information about working at Pure.

We are constantly looking for new locations. If you have an idea for where you would like to see the next Pure, please email hello@pure.co.uk

We get a lot of requests to help local charities and where we can, we will provide free food or vouchers. If we cannot help your charity, please do not hold it against us! We are focusing our efforts on working with a few charities where we can be the most effective. These include food charities (which take our unused produce) and those focused on getting young people back into work (we have lots of jobs!).

For any further information, please email hello@pure.co.uk

Thank you for your interest but we do not currently offer franchise opportunities.
